How to make:

  1. Prep ingredients
Peel and dice 1 small potato. Pit and dice ½ ripe nectarine. Cut 1–2 oz raw, boneless chicken breast into small cubes.

  2. Add to steaming basket
Place the potato, nectarine, and raw chicken directly into the Babycook Neo glass steaming basket.

  3. Steam
Fill the water reservoir to Level 3. Lock the lid and press the steam button. Let cook until all ingredients are tender and fully cooked.

  4. Transfer to blending bowl
Once steaming is complete, carefully pour the ingredients into the glass blending bowl.

  5. Blend
Blend until smooth, adding reserved steaming liquid a little at a time to reach your desired consistency.

  6. Adjust texture & serve
For younger babies, blend until silky smooth. For older babies, pulse for a slightly thicker texture. Let cool before serving.

  7. Store
Serve immediately or transfer to airtight containers. Refrigerate up to 48 hours or freeze for later use.
