- 110g artichoke hearts
- 1/2 tsp olive oil
- 15 ground walnuts
- 2 tbsp basil
Step by step recipe

Place 110g artichoke hearts, cut into 1cm cubes, in the steamer basket.

Pour water into the steamer (max level) and start steaming.

Remove the steamer basket and reserve the cooking juices.

Place the contents of the basket in the bowl.

Add 1/2 tsp olive oil to the bowl.

Add 15g ground walnuts to the bowl.

Add 2 tbsp chopped basil to the bowl.

Add 20ml cooking juice to the bowl.

Mix the contents of the bowl.
