Ingredients: 

  • 60g grapes 

  • 95g apple 

 

Step by Step Recipe 

  1. Wash the apple, peel it, cut it in half and remove the seeds. Cut into 1cm cubes. 

  1. Wash the black grapes, remove the skin and seeds. 

  1. Put the grapes in the steamer basket.  

  1. Put the apple in the steamer basket. 

  1. Pour water into the steamer and start the express cooking process. 

  1. Reserve the cooking juice. 

  1. Put the contents of the basket in the bowl.  

  1. Add some of the cooking juice depending on the desired texture.  

  1. Blend the contents of the bowl.
